Our company was founded in 2005, specialising mainly in tendering and public procurement. Our main profile is the writing and full implementation of projects to support energy saving investments in condominiums (Panel Program, Panel Plus, ZBR, USZT-TEF, Öko-programme, etc.) Our first projects included the Platán Condominium in Miskolc, and the first project management assignment was for the renovation of the Faluház Condominium in Budapest.
Our company places particular emphasis on energy improvements in condominiums, including the design and construction of energy efficiency investments. Our innovative solutions not only reduce energy consumption, but also have a long-term impact on the environment. In addition, we offer support to companies, condominiums and individuals to obtain carbon credit certificates and to reduce and eliminate their carbon footprint for a carbon neutral future.
Our goal is to provide our clients with effective solutions that enable them to contribute to a sustainable future. Carbon credit certificates offer the opportunity to offset carbon emissions, enabling our customers to take steps towards carbon neutrality.
Our company has been growing dynamically since its creation, with more and more experienced staff and professionals at its customers' disposal every year. Our tender writers are familiar with the specific requirements and specifications of the various tenders and keep abreast of changes. Their work is supported by specialist engineering subcontractors who also offer their expertise in the design of energy improvements and carbon footprint reduction projects.

In particular, we have experience in the Panel Programme, infrastructure, civil, information technology and energy reduction tenders. We are proud to have contributed to the realisation of nearly HUF 30 billion worth of investments so far thanks to our work as a tender writer, and our newly submitted tenders represent a further HUF 2 billion worth of investments.
